Jordan is amazing. He transported my German Shepherd working dog from Tampa to Arizona. Jordan followed all my instructions on how to handle and NOT handle my working dog and additionally learned some German commands. Jordan also texted me a few times every day with pictures and videos of my dog as well as called me throughout the journey. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

I was sending a Momma Sugar Glider and her Baby to new owner. Due yo no fault of them I found it was going to take 3 days not 24 hours. I was Freaking out to say the least and was preparing for the worst. Gliders can kill baby and mutilate self when stressed and I was sure this would be the case. NO!!!Thanks to the guys going above and beyond the duty my Gliders did amazing !! Momma was so comfortable with the time and effort put into her care she sat back and sang to the baby most of Trip as well as Bonded with the Guys!! This was my first introduction to pet transportation and thank the Lord it was Pets 1st Transportation. I was tasked/requested to help get a
Boxer-Pit from the west coast to the east coast. I was introduced to Pets 1st by CitizenShipper who organized the contact and it was direct contact to Jordan the entire time. Everything is true about what you see on their website about the equipment and care of the family members- our pets. Our baby was delivered home in better shape than when she was picked up and most of all she was happy. Do not go cheap, not saying this was expensive, because you will regret the cheaper service. This price amazed me because I was willing to pay more. Thank you Pets 1st but more importantly thank you Jordan!!!

Is there a way I could give Jordan and Pets1st a 10-star review?? Our puppy made it safe and sound and happy from Seattle to New York. I received texts and pictures during the transport, and updates on travel time. And the price was more than fair! But what really got me was how professional he was when I was ‘that guy’ during drop off. You see, I confused the balance of the puppy with the cost of transport. So when he showed up to drop off the puppy, he stated the price and I argued that it was a few hundred less than that. Has that ever happened to you— when you agree on the price, and suddenly there is a change when it’s time to pay up? It has happened to me and always infuriated me. Well, this time, I was that guy. I was the one who was the jerk in the scenario. But to Jordan’s credit, he didn’t storm off, didn’t cuss me out; he simply corrected me while remaining professional and calm. Once I realized my mistake, I quickly paid up but I’m still sorry about my mistake and impressed with how he handled it. Accidents and misunderstandings happen, and he was the perfect example of professional when it happened to me.
I’m not sure how soon I’ll need another pet transfer but if I ever do, I’m going with Pets1st. And you should too! You will NEVER find another service like this!

This service was actually recommended by my cousin who used it several years ago to transport her dog from NY to CA, so when I needed to make the same move, it was a no brainer to choose this as well.
Jordan, the driver was amazing with my dog Dominoe. Each day he sent me a photo or short video of Dominoe so I could see where he was and that he was doing well. Obviously, it’s stressful to have your pet moved cross country, but Jordan alleviated my concerns and communicated well and often throughout the trip. My pup even kissed him when he dropped him off, which is extremely rare! I highly recommend this service to anyone moving their pets!
